2. Approval of previous Minutes dated 4 th September 2025 (to be signed by the Chair)
3. To approve and elect the Committee:

Dr Chad Taylor – Chair Served 9 years – standing for a further 1 year
Jennie Langlois – Deputy Chair Served 9 years – standing for a further 1 year
Sandra Burt – Secretary Served 7 years – standing for a further 1 year
John Bertram – Treasurer Served for 10 months – standing for a further 2 years
Current Committee – Members:
Rosy O’Doherty Served 7 years – standing for a further 1 year
Sue Le Marchand Served 5 years – standing for a further 1 year
Carol Cotterill Served 2 years – standing for a further 1 year
Martina Conway Served for 5 months – serving for a further 2½ years
