Feel better in body and mind – come and try seated yoga with PSJ

Pain affects how you move, how you feel and how you connect with others. These gentle sessions are designed with that in mind, supporting your body and your wellbeing.
We’re running two trial sessions of seated yoga with Rashmi, open to PSJ members only:
- Tuesday 29 July & Tuesday 5 August
- 11am – 11.45am
- St Clement’s Parish Hall
You can stay seated or bring your own mat – whatever feels most comfortable. The sessions are easy to follow and focus on breathing, posture and gentle movement to help you live well with pain.
No need to book – just come along if you’d like to give it a try. Jennie, Rosy and Heidi from PSJ will be there too – come and join the calm with us.
