Cold water swimming is really good for chronic pain. Don't worry if you are not a good swimmer the purpose of these sessions is cold water immersion and that can be done in shallow water.

PSJ members will get an email each week advising of the time and location of the session which is determined by the tide and prevailing winds. In the event of bad weather the session will be cancelled for safety reasons.

You don't need a wet suit but warm clothing for after your swim is advised.
