Living with persistent pain can feel isolating, but you don’t have to manage it on your own. Pain Support Jersey is run by and for people living with pain, and membership helps keep our activities running throughout the year.

Membership gives access to all our activities across the year. You are very welcome to try up to two regular sessions free of charge before deciding whether to join. This gives you a chance to come along, meet people and see how the sessions feel for you.

If you join between now and the end of March, membership is £12.50, which covers you until 31 March.

We welcome anyone living with persistent pain lasting more than three months. People join us with many different conditions, including arthritis, fibromyalgia, injuries, recovery after surgery, nerve pain and more. Everyone’s experience of pain is different, and our activities are shaped with that in mind.

If you decide you would like to keep attending after your second session, we ask that you join before coming along to a third session. We are always happy to answer questions about membership and can talk you through the process if helpful.

You do not need a doctor’s referral to join. If you have any concerns about taking part in physical activities, we recommend checking with a medical professional beforehand.

Members often tell us that being around people who understand makes a real difference, alongside the chance to move a little, connect with others and take part in activities at their own pace. We would be very pleased to welcome you.
