We’re excited to be one of the charities being supported at this year’s Black & Gold Charity Ball at St Brelade’s Bay Hotel.

It’s been a busy few months at PSJ, with café mornings, courses, our Spring Lunch and more. There are some lovely moments in here too, including Molly and Elsie’s Easter bake sale and our new tree in Coronation Park.

Pain Support Jersey membership is £30 per year from 1 April 2026. Please renew by 31 March 2026 to continue accessing our weekly activities, support and community.

Following a very popular pilot, we are pleased to be offering further Ai Chi sessions at Aquasplash. Ai Chi is a gentle, flowing form of movement in warm water, combining slow movement and breathing. Sessions run from January to March, with two time options each week. Free for PSJ members.
