On the first Tuesday of the month we'll be holding a social event at St Clement's Parish Hall - PSJ Cafe

Open to non-members so please feel free to bring a friend

It's a chance to catch up with friends you may not have seen for a while and an opportunity to meet some new folk and have a good blether.

The park exercise sessions at Millbrook will continue but we hope you'll be able to join us before or after your session.
